Privacy Policy

We don't sell or give away your information. That's our privacy policy in a nutshell. Effective October 25, 2026.

We don't sell or give away your information.

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your answers are ours to plan with and nobody else's.

We use your answers for our own planning and marketing, and nothing else.

We use survey answers to decide where and when to run routes and what to charge. If you join the waitlist, we use your email to tell you about The Kids Shuttle, like when routes open near you.

We only collect what you choose to send.

The parent survey asks how likely you are to use a ride service, how many children would ride and their grades, your child's school and your home ZIP code, how they get to school today, when you'd need rides, a fair weekly price, what matters most to you, any notes you add, and, only if you choose, your email address.

We don't ask for your name, your address or your children's names.

The survey is for parents and guardians.

It is filled in by an adult about their own family. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we don't market to children.

Only the people who run the survey for us see your answers.

Netlify hosts this website and stores survey answers. Gigawatt Labs, our web developer, receives a copy to build our survey summary. Both handle it only on our behalf. Netlify, like every web host, also records the IP address and the page requested for each visit to keep the site running and secure.

We don't track you.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

You can have your answers deleted at any time.

We keep answers while we use them for planning and marketing. To leave the waitlist, or to have your answers deleted, email hello@thekidsshuttle.com and we'll take care of it.

We'll post any changes on this page.

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Questions? hello@thekidsshuttle.com.
